Executive Vice President for Rendeavour
Preston Mendenhall is the Executive Vice President for Rendeavour, Africa’s largest urban land developer with over 30,000 acres of satellite city projects in the growth trajectories of large cities in Kenya, Ghana, Nigeria, Zambia and Democratic Republic of Congo.
Rendeavour is creating infrastructure, industrial zones, housing, offices, schools and hospitals that will help sustain and accelerate Africa’s economic growth and meet the aspirations of the continent’s burgeoning middle classes. By guaranteeing land title and offering special economic zone status, Rendeavour de-risks market entry for international companies seeking to expand their businesses in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Prior to Rendeavour, Mendenhall worked for six years as Vice President for Strategy and Director of Communications at Russian Standard Corporation, one of the world’s largest vodka producers and a leading private consumer bank in Russia.
From 1993-2006, Mendenhall worked for NBC News as a producer and correspondent, covering global news events during this period.
